CANCELLATION POLICY Booking cancelled, more than 60 days before embarkation, 30% of the total charter fee Booking cancelled between 59 & 31 days before embarkation, 50% of the total charter fee Booking cancelled less than 30 days before embarkation, 100% of the total charter fee If the boat re-booked for the same period, the cancellation fees will be refunded. SAILING LICENSE REQUIREMENT
The client must provide original sailing certificate/license (in English language or translated)
INSURANCE
All Athenian boats are insured according to the Greek law, against risks arising from liability to third parties and damage to the hull, machinery and equipment
PAYMENTS
A 50% deposit of the charter fee is required, upon signing the charter contract The remaining balance of 50% is required four (4) weeks prior to departure to our bank account

SAILING LICENSE REQUIREMENT
In Greece when chartering a bareboat, the client must provide one sailing license and one crew member has to prove basic sailing experience
INSURANCE
All Athenian boats are insured according to the Greek law, against risks arising from liability to third parties and damage to the hull, machinery and equipment
PAYMENTS
A 50% deposit of the charter fee is required, upon signing the charter contract The remaining balance of 50% is required four (4) weeks prior to departure to our bank account

Duration: The program covers 5 seasons depending on your needs. We will be happy though to have you stay in our fleet for up to 10 years and in some cases longer. You have the right to leave at any time with 6 month’s notice and you must honor all outstanding charters booked on the boat.
Brokerage Support: At the end of the program you can keep your yacht or choose to sell it. We will gladly assist you in the marketing of your yacht for resale and will assure a seamless transition
Marketing Support: Your yacht will be aggressively marketed by our staff at boat shows, through a network of international charter brokers and in national boating magazines, at no expense to you.
