Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility:
   • The Athenian Yacht Life Vibes competition (the “Competition”) is open to individuals who meet the following criteria:
     • Participants must be 18 years or older.
     • Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Athenian Yachts are not eligible to participate.
2. Entry Requirements:
   • To enter the Competition, participants must:
     • Follow the official Athenian Yachts Instagram account, @Athenianyachts.
     • Book a yacht charter with Athenian Yachts during the competition period. 
     • Share their yacht life experiences on Instagram, using the hashtag #AthenianYachtVibes in the caption. 
     • Ensure their profile is set to public during the competition period to allow viewing of their entries. 
3. Content Ownership:
   • Participants retain ownership of the content the submit as part of the Competition
   • By entering the Competition, participants grant Athenian Yachts the non exclusive, royalty free, worldwide right to use, reproduce, and share their submitted content for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, website, and marketing materials. 
4. Winner Selection:
   • The winner will be selected through a random draw from all eligible entries. 
   • The draw will be conducted within 7 days following the end of the Competition. 
   • The decision of the winner is final and binding. 
5. Prize Details:
   • The winner will receive a DJI Mini 2 SE drone as the prize. 
   • The prize in non transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative product. 
   • Athenian Yachts reserves the right to substitute the prize with an equivalent product of equal or greater value if necessary. 
6. Privacy Policy:
   • By participating in the Competition, participants agree that their personal information provided during entry may be collected, stored, and used by Athenian Yachts in accordance with the privacy policy, which can be found on the Athenian Yachts website. 
7. Modification or Cancellation:
   • Athenian Yachts reserves the right to modify, extend, or cancel the Competition for any reason at its sole discretion. 
   • In the event of cancellation, Athenian Yachts will not be held liable to participants. 
8. Disclaimer:
   • Athenian Yachts is not responsible for any lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.
   • Athenian Yachts reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to violate the entry requirements or tamper with the entry process. 
9. Communication and Winner Notification:
   • The winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram within 3 days following the draw.
   • The winner must respond to the notification within 2 days to claim the prize. 
   • If the winner fails to respond within the specified time, an alternate winner may be selected.
