Pay 100% of the total value (20% upon the order and 80% upon the factory’s delivery announcement)
- Earn 7% annually, paid on a monthly basis.
Owner’s use: 4 weeks subject to availability.
- Earn 4,8% annually, paid on a monthly basis.
Owner’s use: 4 pre- booked weeks of vacations (2 weeks during period A+B & 2 weeks during period D+E) or 6 weeks during periods C+D+E.
Recreational Haven
Duration: (5,5 years / 6 seasons)
Pay a deposit of 65% of the total value (20% upon the order and 45% upon the factory’s delivery announcement).
Owner’s use: 4 pre- booked weeks of vacations (2 weeks during period A+B & 2 weeks during period D+ E) or 6 weeks during period C+ D+ E.
Recreational Journey
Duration: (4,5 years / 5 seasons)
Pay a deposit of 70% of the total value (20% upon the order and 50% upon the factory’s delivery announcement).
Owner’s use: 4 pre-booked weeks of vacations (2 weeks during period A+B & 2 weeks during period D+ E) or 6 weeks during period C+ D+ E.
Unlimited
Duration: (4,5 years / 5 seasons)
Pay 100% of the total value (20% upon the order and 80% upon the factory’s delivery announcement) and get,
Unlimited pre-booked weeks of vacations or subject to availability last-minute reservation.
Earn 65% of the gross total charter income.
Enjoy the Athenian Yachts’ high-end services (insurance, maintenance, berthing, spare parts, etc).
Secured Yacht Exit
Extension: We will be happy to extend the management program of your yacht with Athenian Yachts.
Brokerage Support: We will gladly assist you in the marketing of your yacht for resale and will assure a seamless transition (approx. 60 – 65% of the initial purchase price).
Trade-in: We will be happy to trade-in your boat with a new one at the end of your program.
